Revna Corp (“Revna Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website revnaagency.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter — typically your name, email address, company name, and a description of your project. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to deliver the services you engaged us for. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by the services we use:
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, which country they are browsing from, and what type of device they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records that a visit occurred and may allow us to show advertising to people who have visited the Site. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you.

Business transfer. If Revna Agency is acquired or merges with another company, client and contact information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
If you engage Revna Agency as a client, we treat your business information — strategy, pricing, customer data, unpublished materials — as confidential. We do not share it with other clients or use it outside the scope of your project.
We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer that your project not appear publicly, tell us in writing and we will honor that.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
Revna Agency operates from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, the information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
