social media that does a job, not just fills a grid.

Strategy, calendar, design, video and community management run as one system. Every post exists because it moves something: trust, recall, a referral or a call.

the problem

posting is not a strategy.

Twelve posts went out last month. Some got likes. The account looks alive. Nobody can say what any of it was supposed to accomplish, so nobody can say whether it worked, and the only available decision is to post more.

Meanwhile the thing that would actually help sits unused: you finish beautiful work every week and almost none of it gets documented. The before and after that would close a sale never gets photographed, because everyone is busy doing the job.

We fix the second problem first. Your real work, captured properly and published on a rhythm, beats any amount of generic content. What we add on top is the structure that makes it consistent when the week gets busy.

what you get08

the whole operation, run for you.

01

content strategy

Pillars tied to what your business actually needs to communicate, with a posting rhythm you can sustain past month three.

02

monthly calendar

Every post planned, written and designed in advance, delivered for your approval before anything goes out. No scrambling on a Monday.

03

design and templates

On brand graphics for every post, plus reusable templates your team can fill in for the day to day moments we are not there for.

04

video and motion

Short form editing, captions, transitions and motion graphics. Vertical first, because that is where the reach is.

05

copywriting

Captions written to be read by a person on a phone. Hook first, substance second, call to action last, in your voice.

06

community management

Comments and direct messages answered on a defined schedule, with escalation rules for anything that should reach you directly.

07

content capture guidance

What to photograph on site, from which angle, and when. A short shot list your crew can follow with a phone, so raw material stops being the bottleneck.

08

reporting

Monthly, one page. What was published, what performed, what we are changing next month, and what it means for the business.

how it works04

planned a month ahead.

Nothing gets published that you have not seen. The calendar is approved before the month starts, which is also what keeps quality from collapsing during a busy week.

  1. 01

    strategy

Audience, platforms, content pillars, tone and the outcome each pillar serves. We also decide which platforms you should not be on, which is usually the more valuable half.

  2. 02

    calendar

Every post planned with copy, design and date. You review in one sitting and approve or comment. Changes happen here, where they cost nothing.

  3. 03

    production

Graphics designed, video edited, captions finalized and everything scheduled. Real work photos wherever possible, stock only when there is no alternative.

  4. 04

    manage and report

Comments and messages handled, performance reviewed monthly, and next month's plan shaped by what the data showed instead of by what we assumed.

fit

who this is for.

  • 01Service businesses whose finished work is visual and photographs well.
  • 02Companies that get referrals and need somewhere credible for people to check them out.
  • 03Owners willing to let us capture the work, or to have the crew shoot from a simple shot list.
  • 04Teams that want a calendar approved in advance instead of daily approvals.

Two honest things. First, social rarely produces direct leads for local service businesses. What it produces is trust that closes leads from other channels, and that takes months to show up. If you need the phone to ring next week, this is not the right first investment. Second, you do not need to be on every platform. If your customers are homeowners over fifty in Broward County, we are not going to sell you a fourth channel just to grow the scope.

where we work

content built in South Florida.

Revna is based in Deerfield Beach and manages social for businesses across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade, including Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Pompano Beach and Miami. Proximity matters here more than in any other service we offer, because the best content comes from being on site while the work is happening.

We also produce content in Portuguese and Spanish for clients whose audience is not primarily English speaking. In South Florida that is not a nice extra. For many businesses it is the difference between reaching their market and talking past it.

questions05

before you ask.

q.01How many posts per month?

It depends on the plan we define together, based on your goals and on how much raw material your business produces. More is not automatically better: a smaller number of strong posts outperforms a larger number of filler ones.

q.02Who takes the photos and videos?

Both options work. In South Florida, someone from our team can come to you and capture the work on site. Anywhere else, your crew shoots from a simple shot list we provide, which works well for progress and before and after content.

q.03Do you answer comments and messages?

Yes, on a defined schedule, with rules agreed in advance for what we answer and what gets escalated to you. Pricing questions, complaints and anything legal always go to you rather than being handled by us.

q.04Do I approve posts before they go out?

Yes. The full calendar is delivered for approval before the month starts. Nothing publishes that you have not seen, and for clients who require it we hold every post until written approval is on record.

q.05When will I see results?

Reach and engagement move within weeks. Business impact takes longer, because social mostly works by making people trust you before they call, which is hard to attribute cleanly. We report both, and we do not present engagement numbers as if they were revenue.
