a logo is the smallest part of a brand.

We build identity systems your team can actually run: the marks, the colors, the type, the rules, and the files. Not a logo delivered as a JPG and a wish of good luck.

the problem

most companies buy a logo and get nothing usable.

The delivery arrives as a folder of files. Nobody knows which version goes on a dark background, what the second color is for, or which font to use in a proposal. So the office manager picks something, the truck wrap uses a different red than the website, and within a year the brand exists in six slightly wrong versions.

That is not a design failure. It is a systems failure. A mark on its own carries almost no meaning. What makes a brand recognizable is repetition, and repetition only happens when the rules are clear enough that anyone on your team can follow them without asking.

So we design the system, not just the centerpiece. What it looks like, where each piece goes, and what to do in the situations that always come up later.

what you get08

a system, and the rules to run it.

01

positioning

What you stand for, who it is for, and what makes you the obvious choice. Written before anything visual, because design without a message is decoration.

02

logo suite

Primary mark, horizontal and stacked lockups, icon and monochrome versions. Every situation your brand will actually face, drawn on purpose.

03

color system

Primary, secondary and neutral palettes with HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone. Contrast checked, so your brand stays legible and accessible.

04

typography

A pairing that works in a headline, in a contract and on a truck. Licensed for the uses you need, with web and print weights specified.

05

brand guidelines

The document that keeps everything consistent after we leave. Clearances, minimum sizes, what is allowed and what is never allowed.

06

applications

Business cards, signage, vehicle graphics, uniforms, social templates, proposals. The identity shown doing its job, not floating on a white slide.

07

voice and messaging

How the brand sounds. Headline formulas, the words you use, the words you avoid, and the claims that need approval before anyone publishes them.

08

full file handover

Vectors, web formats, print ready files, and editable sources. Organized and named so your next designer knows what everything is.

how it works04

strategy first. always first.

We do not present three logo options and ask which one you like. We present one direction and explain why it is right, with the thinking you can defend to your team.

  1. 01

    discovery

Your customers, your competitors, what you actually sell and how people describe you when you are not in the room. We also audit what exists today, because some of it is usually worth keeping.

  2. 02

    positioning

Value proposition, personality, tone and the promise the brand makes. Written and approved before a single sketch, so design decisions have something to be measured against.

  3. 03

    design

A single considered direction with the reasoning behind it, refined from there. Revision rounds are defined up front so nobody is guessing about scope.

  4. 04

    system and handover

Guidelines, applications, file organization and a walkthrough with whoever will use them. The measure of the work is whether your team applies it correctly six months later.

fit

who this is for.

  • 01Businesses whose brand no longer matches the quality or the price of their work.
  • 02Companies that grew past the logo someone made when they were starting out.
  • 03Owners merging, expanding or launching a second entity that needs to relate to the first.
  • 04Teams who will actually use the guidelines, not file them and forget them.

An honest note. A rebrand does not fix a positioning problem, a service problem or a pricing problem. If one of those is what is really wrong, new colors will make it look better while it stays broken, and we would rather tell you that in the first conversation than six weeks into a project.

where we work

branding from South Florida, for anywhere.

Revna is based in Deerfield Beach and works with businesses across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade, including Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Miami. For identity projects, being nearby helps most at the start, when seeing the shop, the trucks and the team tells us more than any questionnaire.

After discovery, the work runs remotely with scheduled reviews, which is why we also build brands for clients elsewhere in the United States. Our founder previously art directed for national consumer brands in Brazil, so unfamiliar categories and larger scale are not new ground.

questions05

before you ask.

q.01How many logo options will I see?

One, presented properly, with the reasoning behind it and the revisions to refine it. Three options force you to judge by taste instead of by fit, and the two we do not believe in only exist to make the third look better. We would rather defend one recommendation.

q.02How long does it take?

It depends on how much of the system you need. A focused identity moves faster than a full brand with applications across vehicles, signage and print. Every proposal includes a written timeline with approval gates, and the most common delay is approval time, so we agree on who signs off before we start.

q.03Do I own the final files?

Yes, in full, including editable source files. Fonts are licensed separately by their foundries and that license belongs to you, not to us. We tell you which fonts and what the license costs before choosing them.

q.04Can you refresh our brand instead of replacing it?

Often that is the better call. If your mark carries recognition in your market, throwing it away destroys value you already paid for. We audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether the answer is a refresh or a rebuild.

q.05Do you register the trademark?

No. We are designers, not attorneys, and trademark registration is legal work. We recommend running a search with a trademark lawyer before you fall in love with a name, and we will happily coordinate with yours during the project.

ready to look like what you actually are?

Tell us where the brand stopped matching the business. We will tell you honestly whether it needs a refresh or a rebuild.
